With over 20 years of experience, Lucinda has developed extensive expertise in musculoskeletal outpatient care, ranging from postural issues in office workers to elite sports rehabilitation. She has supported athletes preparing for endurance events like the Marathon des Sables, Ultramarathons, and Ironman competitions, as well as professional equestrians. Her work with rugby players includes collaborations with local clubs and the Worcester Warriors Academy training camps.
Before founding Pro-Active Physiotherapy & Pilates in 2017, Lucinda worked with local boarding schools, where she developed a specialist interest in adolescent sports injuries, particularly injury prevention. Her deep understanding of musculoskeletal injuries has enabled her to provide effective, tailored care for clients of all ages and activity levels.
Lucinda is passionate about combining expert manual therapy with active rehabilitation to achieve long-term recovery.
