At your initial assessment at our private physio clinic, we will discuss your symptoms, relevant medical history and your goals. This way, we can create a bespoke plan that is suited to your lifestyle and individual needs.

Follow up appointment: 30 minutes

The follow-up appointment involves a check-up on your condition, treatment, and we work towards reaching a point where you can continue your recovery independently.

1-1 Pilates: (Matwork or Reformer)

Suitable for all ages, we support all abilities from complete beginner upwards. Whatever your fitness levels, Pilates can improve back pain, injury, balance, posture and more.

Consultant Physiotherapist Initial Appointment

This is an initial appointment with Consultant Physiotherapist and clinic director Lucinda Davies.

Lucinda has a vast experience of many aspects of physiotherapy. She is an Independent Prescriber and can prescribe painkillers when required. She will diagnose the issue, request x-rays and scans and refer to other medical professionals when required. She has excellent links with local doctors and consultants, as well as specialists further afield.

Please note you aren’t able to use your medical insurance for this appointment. You can use your insurance for any initial appointment with another physiotherapist at the clinic.

You must of had an initial appointment with Lucinda prior to booking this.

New patient Corticosteroid injection under ultrasound guidance (45 mins)

This is for patients who have not attended the clinic for the issue they require the injection for yet and includes an initial consultation and injection.

This is for patients who have already had an initial assessment for the issue they require the injection for.
